Details

A nineteenth century micromosaic forms the centerpiece of this exceptional brooch. Composed of countless tiny pieces of glass arranged with remarkable precision, the scene reflects the extraordinary craftsmanship that made micromosaics cherished keepsakes among Grand Tour travelers. The captivating image is framed by a finely textured gold bezel accented with cabochon ruby triads. Hand crafted in Elizabeth Locke Jewels' signature hammered gold, the piece is finished with a fold-down detachable bale, allowing it to be worn as either a brooch or a pendant. A one of a kind antiquity, reimagined as a modern-day heirloom.
